Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before engaging with AdZen Tech Solutions (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using our services, you (“client”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

AdZen Tech Solutions offers a range of services including, but not limited to:

• Website Development & Design

• Mobile App Development

• Custom Software Development

• SEO & Digital Marketing

• Social Media Marketing

• Graphic Design & Branding

• Technical Support & Maintenance

Full details of the services provided will be specified in the project proposal, quotation, or contract.

• A 50% advance payment is required to initiate any project.

• The remaining 50% is due upon completion or according to agreed milestones.

• Work will not commence until the advance is received.

• All payments are non-refundable once the work has started, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Payments must be made through the official channels provided by AdZen Tech Solutions (e.g. bank transfer, invoice, PayPal, etc.).

• Project timelines will be discussed and agreed upon before the start of work.

• Any delays in providing necessary content, feedback, or approvals from the client’s side may affect the timeline.

• AdZen Tech Solutions is not liable for delays caused by incomplete or late information from the client.

• Each project includes a limited number of revisions as agreed in the project scope.

• Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may be billed separately.

• Major scope changes during the project may affect delivery time and cost.

• Primary communication is conducted via WhatsApp, email, and scheduled Zoom/Google Meet meetings.

• All project decisions, approvals, and instructions must be confirmed in writing.

• We maintain full records of communication for transparency and reference.

The client agrees to:

• Provide all required content, materials, and access credentials in a timely manner.

• Review and approve work within reasonable timeframes.

• Communicate clearly and respectfully throughout the duration of the project.

• Make payments on time as agreed.

• All intellectual property created (websites, software, designs, etc.) remains the property of AdZen Tech Solutions until full payment is received.

• After full payment, ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client.

• We reserve the right to display work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

• We will not share or sell any of your confidential information or project data.

• Any information shared with us is treated as private and handled securely.

• NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements) can be signed upon request.

• The client may cancel the project by providing written notice.

• If the project is canceled after work has started, the advance payment will be retained and any additional work completed must be paid for.

• AdZen Tech Solutions reserves the right to terminate a project if the client fails to communicate, delays payments, or violates the terms.

• AdZen Tech Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our services.

• We are not responsible for losses due to third-party software, hosting services, or platform changes.

• We may use trusted third-party tools or services (e.g., Google Analytics, web hosting, marketing platforms).

• We are not responsible for the terms, changes, or failures of these third-party services.

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of [Insert Country/Region], without regard to conflict of law principles.
